What are the most essential accessories for the ASUS ROG Ally X?

I just dropped a fortune on this ROG Ally X and honestly I am so stressed trying to figure out what I actually need to make this thing usable for my trip to Tokyo next month. I finally upgraded from my old Switch but man the accessory market for this thing is a total mess right now. If your wrists hurt, stay away from those heavy silicone skins that add unnecessary bulk.
