If you want a budget-friendly but high-quality storage boost, I'd skip the big names and look at the Nextorage NEM-PA 1TB NVMe M.2 2280 SSD with Heatsink. It was actually designed by former Sony engineers so the reliability is top-tier but it's usually around $75 on sale... basically same specs as the expensive ones.

Also, if you dont wanna spring for a dock right now, just grab a solid Anker 333 USB-C to USB-C Cable 6ft for like 12 bucks.
