I’ve been using my Pixelbook Go for a few months now, and while I absolutely love how slim and lightweight it is, I’m getting a bit nervous about scratches during my daily commute. I’ve looked around, but it seems like finding a high-quality, snap-on hard shell case is surprisingly difficult for this specific model compared to MacBooks. I really want something that maintains the 'Grippable' texture feel or at least doesn't add too much bulk. Has anyone found a durable hardshell that actually fits perfectly without blocking the ports? I’m mainly looking for drop protection and scratch resistance. Does anyone have a specific brand or model they’d recommend for the Go?

In my experience, finding a shell for the Go is a total nightmare tbh. Honestly, just get any shell from mCover. I've used 'em for years and they're super lightweight so they dont ruin that slim feel. Plus they're usually only like twenty bucks?? Definitely keeps the scratches away without blocking ports. Honestly just go with mCover and you'll be set. gl!

Honestly, I've tried many shells and finding a good fit for the Go is tough because of those curved edges. Basically, it's a trade-off. mCover Hard Shell Case for Google Pixelbook Go is the standard choice for scratch protection, but it's kinda plastic-y. If you're seriously worried about drops, I'd actually suggest a Smatree Hard Sleeve Case for Pixelbook Go instead. It's not snap-on, but it's way more durable for commutes. TL;DR: mCover for scratches, Smatree for actual safety. gl!

Yo! I feel ur pain. IIRC, finding a legit snap-on is basically impossible lately. Pro tip: check out high-quality vinyl skins vs generic padded sleeves. Skins are literally amazing for scratches and keep it slim, while a cheap sleeve is better for drops. Ngl, I think a skin + sleeve combo is way more cost-effective than hunting for a shell that doesnt fit!! So much better for that grip feel lol. gl!

ngl I've been struggling with this same exact issue for over a year now and it's honestly driving me crazy... like how is there still no premium option for the Go? i'm a bit of a stickler for build quality and everything i've tried either feels like cheap brittle plastic or blocks the heat venting. Quick question tho before I keep digging - are you more concerned about the impact protection on the corners or just protecting that magnesium alloy finish from micro-scratches? i'm curious because it totally changes what kind of tolerances we should be looking for in a shell.
