I was pretty cautious before buying mine cuz i hate loud fans, but basically, this thing has a much better heat pipe setup than the older Ideapad Gaming series. It actually manages to keep the GPU around 75-80°C during long sessions, which is decent for this price.

Seconding the recommendation above! Honestly, that suggestion is basically the best you'll find for thermals right now. NGL, I've had issues with other budget brands having terrible heat pipe layouts, so the Lenovo is definitely the way to go.
