Hey everyone! I’m finally starting to piece together a new build centered around the Radeon RX 9060 XT, but I’m feeling a bit stuck on the motherboard choice. Since this is a newer generation card, I want to make sure I’m picking a board that won’t bottleneck the performance or limit the features of the RDNA architecture.
I’m looking for something reliable that supports PCIe 5.0 to stay future-proof, as I plan on keeping this rig for at least 4-5 years. My main concern is finding a balance between price and power delivery; I don't want to overspend on an enthusiast-grade board if a solid B-series chipset can handle it, but I do need strong VRMs because I’ll likely upgrade my CPU down the road. Also, having at least three M.2 slots for my SSDs is a must for my photo editing workflow. I've been eyeing some of the latest Gigabyte and ASRock models, but the specs are starting to blur together.
