Should I use 6000MHz RAM with my Ryzen 7 7800X3D?

I'm finally putting together my new build with a Ryzen 7 7800X3D, but I'm getting mixed signals about memory speeds. I’ve heard 6000MHz is the 'sweet spot' for Zen 4, but I'm worried about stability and whether it's worth the extra cost over 5200MHz. Specifically, I'm looking at a CL30 kit to keep latency low. Since this CPU has the 3D V-Cache, does the RAM speed actually impact gaming performance that much, or does the extra cache handle most of the heavy lifting? I want to make sure I’m hitting that FCLK 1:1 ratio correctly without running into boot issues. Does anyone have experience running 6000MHz with this specific chip, and should I prioritize Expo profiles?
