Agreed, stability first. My old 14900K build used to die mid render until I swapped parts. Be careful and maybe consider:

  • Kingston FURY Renegade DDR5 64GB 6000MT/s CL32 Hynix chips are basically king for reliability tho.

Saw this earlier but just now getting back. Unfortunately, some high-speed kits are not as good as expected for 24/7 stability. Ive had issues with crashes at 6400+ during long renders, super frustrating. To save some cash and stay stable:

  • Corsair Vengeance DDR5 64GB 6000MHz CL30
  • Teamgroup T-Create Expert DDR5 64GB 6000MHz CL34 Check your motherboard QVL list and run a pass on MemTest86 to verify the sticks are actually solid.

Re: Agreed, stability first. Im satisfied with Crucial Pro Overclocking 64GB DDR5 6000 as Micron chips interface methodically with the 14900K IMC.

  • zero render failures
  • excellent market stability

Grab the G.Skill Trident Z5 RGB 64GB DDR5-6400 CL32 right now! It is amazing for heavy 4K rendering and has been 100% rock solid on my 14900K build!

Building on the earlier suggestion, you might want to be careful before just grabbing a fast kit. Honestly, 6400MHz can be really finicky on some boards. What motherboard are you actually using and are you trying to run four sticks? Most 14900K stability issues come from the memory controller being pushed too hard. I would suggest double-checking your QVL list first so you dont waste more money.
